Disability remains one of the primary factors behind discrimination in the workplace. Out of six million people with disabilities in France, too many experience difficulties with regard to professional and social integration. In order to change mentalities, Premiers de Cordée offers different solutions – sports-based or otherwise, to companies, organisations or associations. Each solution contributes to the financing of the “Sport in Hospitals” program.
