Hospital Sports Tours

Since 2018, Premiers de Cordée has been developing its activities throughout metropolitan France. The association is piloting several national events to introduce hospitalized children to sports.

As a long-standing partner of the “Sport à l’Hôpital” program, fondaction L’Équipe is committed to fully supporting a tour of 8 to 10 dates across France, introducing children to a variety of disciplines.

As a reminder, the mission of the Fondaction L’Équipe is to enable people in difficulty, whatever their circumstances, to develop and enrich themselves through the culture, practice and values of sport.

In this year of the World Cup in France, Premiers de Cordée is launching the “Rugby Tour à l’Hôpital” in collaboration with Breitling, one of its main supporters.

From Clermont to La Rochelle, via Bayonne, Limoges, Toulouse, Paris, or even Lyon, Montpellier and Aix-en-Provence… Twenty or so stops will be made in paediatric wards throughout the year, with big names in rugby and active players on hand each time.

Dancing is more than just entertainment, it’s a way of developing a different relationship with the body, getting rid of complexes and building self-confidence through physical activity. Professional dancers and ambassadors for the association visit paediatric wards all over France to teach children to dance, move and let off steam to the rhythm of the music.
