Our team

The Board of Directors is elected by Premiers de Cordée members at the annual General Assembly. There are sixteen directors, renewed by one third every year and accompanied by two honorary members.

The Board of Directors lays out the association’s policy, its strategic orientations and votes on the general resource allocation budget. It is the decision-making body in political and strategic areas. Its members ensure the sustainability of Premiers de Cordée and our values. They in turn elect the president and the association board’s.

Based at the association’s headquarters, the operational team implements the projects and decisions taken by the Board of Directors. In the field, Premiers de Cordée can count on the support of around one hundred volunteers.
